More-and-more I have been photographing senior portraits, and I have to say, I am really loving it! It is fun to capture this life stage, where these young adults are starting to really embrace their life, discovering who they are and where they can use their gifting to contribute. And some, like Emily, are dreaming big.
Emily wanted something a bit different for her senior pictures, so we headed to a local spot in Solana Beach with an eclectic, arty-vibe: Cedros Avenue. I believe it was a good fit and represented the different dimensions of her personality. She was a dream to photograph. As she just casually stood there, with an effortless smile and twisting the end of her pretty blonde hair, I realize… Emily is a cool cat. She is well-rounded, with a calm, sweet demeanor. She is also on a competitive debate team, winning awards, and is, well… incredibly smart.
