Oh Baby Joel.. such a precious little one! I call him a “trick baby” as he made me think for a minute that I might want another, ha! Just one week old at the time of this in-home newborn session. He has the cutest little button nose, and these big eyes and a wise expression. Just the cutest! I feel so blessed to be able to document this sweet family and to capture the love they feel for their son. Thanks you guys!!
I’m so excited to finally be able to share this “Autumn Festival Wedding” with you! Meet Chad + Natalie! They are college sweethearts. Been together for 10 years. Simply perfect for one another! Different in some ways – she is an Art Therapist and he is an Orthodontist (the *cool* type). And yet one thing is for certain, they love each other madly, deeply, and forever. – next in line perhaps, they love all things Fall!
They were married a few days before Halloween at the Temecula Creek Inn. Just the way they like it! What an incredible, soulful venue TCI is. Dig it! And the wedding style was so full of vibrancy, personality, color, details galore. And some spooky goodness too for your Halloweenie types. (My fingers are crossed that this wedding will be published around Fall next year, so I’m going to hold back on over-posting all the glorious details.) This should give you a little taste in the meantime.

I am all for it when my friends (and clients) want family photos in my stomping grounds. The view from the bluffs, then the beach below at Torrey Pines – you really can’t beat it. The Sramek Family were troopers for this shoot. It’s not always easy breezy in front of the camera, as children have their own agenda. We pulled through, and in the end, some of these are my favorite pictures to date. I love the one of the momma (with that gorgeous hair!) and her firstborn son embracing. Ok, so forgive me because I am a slacker when it comes to blogging these days. This begins the Fall 2016 (as in last year!) family photoshoots, and it starts off with a good one – the McGoff Family! I have known this beautiful momma since I was in 6th grade, as she is the lovely and oh-so-hysterically-funny sister one of my BFF’s. (We sure had good times growing up together!) I was so honored to capture her adorable family. Can we pause for minute to reflect on “those pigtails!” It doesn’t get much cuter than this!
