More of this in 2020 please. Gah! I just love doing lifestyle newborn sessions. I’m not sure who is stealing the show more in these images? Baby Roy, just 12 days new… his adoring siblings and their inspection of his teeny, tiny body… the look of a husband who is madly in love with his queen… or, is it momma in all her beauty and bliss? Yes, like I said. More please. If you are interested in an at-home newborn session, I would love to talk to you more about what is offered. You will never regret a small monetary investment for a lifetime of memories like this.
I have dreamt of this moment. My first time photographing an at-home birth. It was absolutely incredible! In fact, I think I am still processing it all. About this momma friend of mine right here. She is a superhero. She worked so hard to bring her baby boy earth side. I was blown away by her determination and inner mental & physical strength. About these three humans surrounding her (her husband and the San Diego Midwives). They provided a calm, supportive, loving presence. And they worked together in such harmony to guide her through a safe, peaceful at-home birth experience. It was beautiful to witness. Their gentle hands on her in many of these images, tell the story. Don’t you think? If you are interested in at-home birth photography, or photography at your birth center/hospital, I would love the opportunity.
Oh… how I love this time of year with my business! It’s so fun to get to know new families, like the Fuentes, and to photograph their unique love & family dynamic. They brought all kinds of sweetness and silliness (as little boys do), which I am all about! And they were on board with photographing at one of our families personal favorite spots in my neighborhood of Del Mar. I love the warmth of the sunset through the Torrey Pine trees, and of course – the ocean view. Wonderful to meet you guys! x, Kris
Ahhh.. it doesn’t get any better than this. Welcome to the world Charolette! Just five days old at the time of her newborn session. They call her Lottie. Sweetest name. Sweetest babe. I think I might have fallen in love just a bit with her, and her awesome family. I’ve been taking their Christmas pics for the last three years, so it was super special to photograph them as a family of four. Hugs to you all. xx!
Well, hello again Beason Family! Thanks for entrusting me to capture your rad family. You guys have been with me since the beginning of this photography business of mine, and I am so appreciative. PS: I have known this momma since 6th grade! Crazy, when you go way back to another lifetime with someone. ha! She was, and is, super sporty. It’s no wonder that her daughter, Kate, was flipping in the air and climbing trees during our photoshoot. Happy Thanksgiving you turkeys! Have fun in the snow. x!
