Reflecting…. last year at this time I met this family through my little one’s preschool class. Our daughters were instant friends. In fact, I think it’s safe to say that Chloe is Esther’s first “best friend.” Warms this momma heart of mine! And I just adore her mother. Annnd our boys are fairly close in age and like to play together too. So a win win. How special to now have the opportunity to photograph their family at one of their favorite places in San Diego, Balboa Park. Thank you Dent Family! You are good people!

Pandhi Family: San Diego Family Photography

What a pleasure it was to meet the Pandhi Family this year for their photoshoot. There is so much warmth and love between them. I felt it. And I could see it in their eyes. It was quite beautiful to photograph. In fact, this type of authentic, human connection is exactly why I love being a photographer. (And why yes, I am such a feeler.) There is no mistake that the sunset was stunning for them and they were bathed in golden light. Thank you Pandhis! Happy Thanksgiving. I hope to see you again!

Baby Briar: San Diego Newborn Photographer

Oh, hello sweet Briar girl! We are so thrilled that your mom + dad went for #3 and that you are here. You basically landed in the coolest family ever. wink wink!

Here are a handful of sneak peeks from Briar’s 8 week photoshoot. For new clients, I don’t have a studio and prefer to just “show up” to you — in the comfort of your home. I guess you could say that I am more of a lifestyle newborn photographer.

I get to see this little face again for her 6 month photoshoot and at one year, because all the milestones in between deserve to be documented. They grow so fast the first year, don’t they? It’s all such a blur.

Ahhh.. such a privilege to photograph this crew! If you know this momma (Desiree @theperfectmom), then you know that she is a momma to three, adorable little monkeys. Triplets ya’ll! She and her hubby make such a great team. In my humble opinion they basically conquer the world together. ha! Desiree has a thriving business as a blogger.
