We have had the honor of using Light of Love Photography with Kris capturing the most memorable moments of our lives! From our fun, loving, engagement photos in downtown SD to our beautiful wedding in La Jolla. She is kind hearted, talented, professional and very efficient. Her skills, creativity, and attention to detail has made for some absolutely stunning photos. Kris is amazing and a baby whisperer! She used her natural lightening skills and warm heart to capture our 2 week old newborn and turned it into the most amazing photos we are forever thankful for. Kris is amazing! She is a wonderful communicator and really listens to understand what type of pictures and photoshoot you are envisioning. We highly recommend her after our fun family photoshoot in North Park! We had a difficult 1 yr old behind the scenes, but you’d never be able to tell by the pictures!!!! HA! Kris was an absolute pleasure to work with. When we began our search for the perfect wedding photographer, we thought it would be nearly impossible to find someone to shoot our wedding with talent, that didn’t want to charge us an arm and a leg. I have to say that Kris was the best photographer we found, AND at the most amazing price.
Kris was there not only for our wedding, but for the entire planning process. Kris brought so many personal touches to the experience, and we felt she really wanted to get to know us before shooting our wedding. She went above and beyond, and our wedding wasn’t even here yet!
The morning of our wedding I felt more certain than ever that we had the best photographer around. She showed up early with an assistant and second shooter and immediately put everyone at ease, making even the most “camera shy” of grooms feel comfortable. When it came to the big day, she and her team caught every precious moment of our day, and you wouldn’t have even guessed they were there! They did an excellent job of taking such beautiful pictures, while letting you enjoy your moments.
I have to say the highlight of our experience with Kris was that we met a genuinely wonderful person and photographer that captured our day and delivered the most amazing images (in only 2.5 weeks!)

Kris is definitely the BEST photographer ever! Over the years it has always been a challenge to get our family of 6 to all look at the camera and smile at the same time!! With my 4 children and our family dog can you believe that we ALL look fabulous- even the dog is smiling and looking. Kris has an amazing eye for detail and it shows with all the photos that she takes. She is fantastic with kids and can get them to feel comfortable and relaxed during the photo shoot. I am a big fan of Kris! I recently had a destination wedding in San Diego. I was researching photographers and noticed that a close friend has recently used Kris for their family photos. The photos were AMAZING so I contacted Kris to discuss the possibility of using her as our wedding photographer. After seeing some of the weddings she had photographed, I was sold. The day of my wedding, she was so calming and comforting and put my husband and I at ease. The pictures she took at my wedding were BEAUTIFUL and really captured the story of that day. I have gotten so many compliments on the beautiful pictures and am now trying to narrow down which ones I will frame as there are so many great pictures to choose from. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. I just wished that I lived closer so that she could take photos of our family more often.
